John “Johnny Doc” Dougherty and Bobby Henon were formally charged with conspiracy during a corruption trial. Doughtery is accused of keeping Henon on his payroll in order to help strengthen his union. Prosecutors argued that Henon received a no-show position and a $70,000 yearly wage from Dougherty. It is the latest conviction that has rocked the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers union. “All Henon had to do to keep those benefits flowing to him [was] to use his official duties to please John Dougherty,” Assistant U....

The new rule, called “bottle-to-throttle,” states that pilots must stop drinking alcohol at least 12 hours before they fly, according to The Dallas Morning News. Uncharted developer Naughty Dog has already revealed what’s new in The Nathan Drake Collection, including a story-focused Explorer mode and a Brutal difficulty mode, as well as some omissions, such as multiplayer from the last two entries in the series. But what wasn’t known until now is why the PlayStation Vita spinoff, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, didn’t make the cut for the collection. Naughty Dog says it was “definitely under consideration,” but they ultimately decided against including it because it wasn’t necessary to narratively set up Uncharted 4....

But Straley and Balestra aren’t the only big names at Naughty Dog to leave for pastures new. With the announcement and release of Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves, the fourth installment of the series got updated visuals and a generous performance boost. It also included The Lost Legacy, a standalone tale centered around Chloe Frazer and A Thief’s End baddie Nadine Ross after the events of the main game. With Mark Wahlberg playing Sully and Tom Holland playing Nathan Drake, speculation points to Banderas playing the role of the Uncharted movie’s villain, though that has not been confirmed.
